Shipping Procedures

At Rimco we receive and ship several packages daily. We recieve packages from many different couriers. We use UPS to ship your items back to you unless otherwise arranged.


When we receive your package we input all information and contact you. Please provide a valid Email address with your note. We will use this to communicate your tracking number once we ship your job back to you.


We are continually increasing our customer service. We would like to give you as much information regarding your job as possible.


How do I ship my work to RIMCO?
When shipping work to us, please provide us with a letter/P.O., list of items included in shipment complete with: Name, Address, Phone Number, and work to be done. Should any problems arise we will contact you if we have proper information. We prefer to ship U.P.S. when possible. If you prefer prepayment, we accept all major credit cards. Please include this information in your letter.

C.O.D. Shipments
On first time orders, payment by cash, money orders or certified check is required. Established customers may pay by company check. Personal checks take three (3) weeks to clear our bank, shipments will only be made AFTER personal check has cleared our bank. For prompt shipment, use money orders, cashier's checks, or certified checks.

Freight Damage
In the event of damages occurring during transit, all claims must be made with the carrier. We cannot make the claim for you. Please do not return the items to us as most carriers will have to inspect the damage first.

Claims for damages, shortage or error in shipment must be made in writing within three (3) days or receipt of shipment. Damage claims on freight collect shipments should be made directly to the carrier.

What type of payments do you accept?
For walk-in customers we accept cash and all major credit. For customers shipping work to RIMCO we only accept credit card payments.

When Should I expect my work to be done?
For our walk-in Customers, we will try our best to complete your work in 48 hours from the time we receive it. Occasionally, problems arise and some jobs take an extra amount of time. For customers out-of-town or state who ship their work to us we will try to ship it back you the day the work is completed.

Sales Tax
All California residents without a valid resale permit on file with us MUST pay California sales tax.
